You may have seen reports on ITV News and BBC South Today regarding ‘The Enterprise Game’. The Enterprise Game introduces the concept of business enterprise in a new, enjoyable and surprisingly realist way.

WEX Online is the new, web-based system for organising work experience. Subsidised by the LSC and Partnership Network, WEX Online allows students to search and apply online for placements to suit their skills and interests.

Extended work experience offers students a longer term placement, usually for one day a week throughout a year but can be tailored to meet the students and schools needs.

First Partnership now provides a value-added Enterprise Gold package to all seconday schools. This package ensures that all Ofsted and QCA requirements for Enterprise and Work-related learning are fully met.

First Partnership works with a number of agencies to deliver an intensive programme of engagement to students who are "at risk"

Mock interviews are a realistic simulation of the most daunting stage in the recruitment process.

Work shadowing and work tasters are an opportunity for students to gain experience of the business world through spending time with an employer.

First Partnership specialise in creating effective links with business and the wider community through a number of dynamic initiatives.

Mentoring aims to increase the involvement of the local community in supporting students to maximise their learning opportunities
