Interactive Science Fair

AIMS of the EVENT:

• To provide a carousel of activities from local businesses and organisations, which support and enhance Key Stage 2 Science and Technology projects
• To offer pupils a “glimpse” of the World of Work
• To provide pupils with the opportunity for hands-on activities related to specific skills required in different careers and occupational areas
• To enable pupils to develop Key Skills in communication, working with others, and improving their own learning
• To work in small groups, with and alongside pupils from other schools to appreciate the need for teamwork.
• To learn the importance of the links between education and the world of work
• To gain confidence and have fun with Science!
