Roger is responsible for the overview and continuing development of the Company in its quest to provide practical solutions to the learning needs of organisations.

Tracy is the project manager for a number of business and educational projects. Tracy works with the following schools:

Jacqui is responsible for a number of local secondary schools packages including Test Valley, Yateley, Winton and John Hanson Schools. She also develops conferences and workshops for schools.

Heather is responsible for the office and all financial administration.
