Team Building Days

We can supply a range of team building days to meet with your objectives. After initial discussions we put together a programme in relation to your aims and objectives. We then run, develop, facilitate and evaluate the day to ensure all your needs are met. An example of a recent team building day is:-

A number or employees from a local company took part in an activity day which centred on total team work. The day started with ice breakers and competitive team tests, followed by lunch and hovercraft racing. Teams were constantly briefed throughout the day on what they were doing well and how they could improve their effectiveness. Each section of the day was themed towards a specific objective which meant that employees developed as the senior management team wished.

Conferences and Workshops

We develop, run and manage a number of educational workshops and conferences across the UK. We have the skills, expertise and contacts to be able to provide local businesses with the support in this area. We can arrange venues, speakers, hospitality, materials and staff to help ensure your event runs professionally and without problems.
