Go Further Interactive Skills Fair 2010
We have the pleasure of inviting local business to exhibit at the ‘Go Further Interactive Skills Fair’. The date of the event is Wednesday 17th March 2010, with schools arriving from 10am-2pm in 1.5 hour slots to interact with the exhibits.
This event is available to year 9 & 10 students in Rushmoor and Hart Schools and is free of charge.
First Partnership and Farnborough College of Technology will be organising the fair which is being funded by TAG Farnborough Airport and will be held at Farnborough College of Technology. The college students will also have the chance to browse the fair.
We would welcome participation from a variety of industries. It is important to have the support of employers to help students think beyond college and the steps they will need to take to get there. To make the fair a success and a memorable experience for students, we would request that all exhibitors provide short interactive activities that will enable students to gain some insight into a career in your field. The fair will be a vital experience for many students, helping them to select the ‘future’ that is right for them. We hope it will also provide you with the opportunity to promote your company, assisting with both recruiting and marketing strategies. There is no fee to exhibitors or visitors and a free lunch will be provided.
