Mock Interview Programme
Pupils from a local secondary school recently took part in a mock interview programme organised by us @ First Partnership. The programme involved a written application followed by a formal interview.
Professional business people from organisations including Barclays, Custom Audio Designs, East Hants District Council, Treloar College, The Police, J.B Corrie & Co, VT Land, ATC Lasham, Connexions and Neural Technologies Ltd all attended the programme to interview the Year 11 students who will be leaving school in approximateley 16 weeks.
" The interview process is something that is daunting for most of us" said Jacqui Ranger, Project Manager at FP, " this initiative allows the students the opportunity to meet with real employers and practise their interview skills. They also have the chance for a frank discussion with the interviewer and gain valuable advice to help improve their technique for the future"
